Mamma Mia: A Sporades Islands Special Menu – From Skopelos to Alonissos!

Available 1 March to 13 March (set prices only on 11/03/2018)

Starters

*Skopelos Nisiotiko Saganaki: king prawns, mussels, scallops in white sauce with ouzo &
Mediterranean herbs served with pitta bread and crumbled manouri (PDO) cheese |GF pitta bread

Deep fried feta cheese in filo pastry drizzled with sesame and honey and served with green salad V

*Mixed Fried Meze: calamari, whitebait, aubergine balls, potato balls, tzatziki, taramasalata
pitta bread (plus £4.00, for 2-3 ppl)

Dip selection: tzatziki, handmade aubergine spread, htipiti (creamy cheese & chilli dip).

*Glykia soupia: aubergines and chestnuts casserole with cuttlefish, mavrodafni wine and sweet manouri cheese GF

*Pea soup with carrots, potatoes & mint served with feta cheese V, GF

*Halloumi & king prawn souvlaki: halloumi & prawns on a skewer served with tomato chutney OR honey with lemon and black & white sesame seeds V, GF

*Spetzofai: artisan Greek pork sausages slowly cooked with aubergines & colourful peppers in tomato sauce served with pitta bread

*Kotopoulo telihto: chicken thighs baked in puff pastry with dried fruits (prunes, apricots & figs) with an essence of orange and rosemary served with rice OR potatoes lemonates, feta cheese, grape molasses (Great Taste Award 2015) and green salad

*Arni ladokolla: lamb slowly cooked in baking paper with tomato, feta cheese, olives, thyme & rosemary served with yoghurt and potatoes lemonates GF

*Glykia soupia: aubergines and chestnuts casserole with cuttlefish, mavrodafni wine and sweet manouri cheese served with thick spaghetti pasta OR rice GF

*Pea soup with carrots, potatoes & mint served with feta cheese V, GF

*Alonissos fried tuna steak with ouzo, orange juice & pine nuts served with rice OR oven roasted potatoes, taramasalata and green salad GF

*Chef’s choice! Troufenia brizola (truffle beef steak): fried beef rib eye steak fried with cognac and topped with olive, golden currants, apricots & black truffle sauce served with rice and green salad (plus £5.00) GF

Briam: Oven roasted aubergines, courgettes, sweet potatoes, peppers, onions, tomato sauce & feta cheese. Served with pitta bread  V, GF | GF pitta bread
